Delete Your Super TT Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Super TT account and the personal data associated with it. We provide two ways to do this — choose whichever is easier for you.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

If you still have Super TT installed:

Step 1. Open the Super TT app and sign in with your phone number.

Step 2. Go to Profile (from the main menu / bottom navigation).

Step 3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

Step 4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and personal data will be removed within 30 days of your request.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, send us an email and we will process the deletion manually.

Include: the phone number registered with your Super TT account (e.g. +964 7XX XXX XXXX).

We will verify your identity using the registered phone number and respond within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove (or anonymise) the following information associated with you:

Your profile data (name, date of birth, gender, profile photo)
Your phone number and authentication identifiers
Your saved addresses and location history
Your in-app wallet balance (please withdraw or use any remaining balance before requesting deletion — wallet balance is forfeited on account deletion)
Your bookings, ratings, and reviews
Your notification preferences and push-notification tokens
Any support correspondence linked to your account

What data may be retained, and why

Some information may be kept after account deletion, only where required by law or for legitimate accounting / fraud-prevention purposes:

Transactional records (booking totals, payments, refunds) may be retained for up to 5 years where applicable Iraqi tax or commercial law requires.
Anonymised, aggregated analytics (e.g. "number of bookings completed in May") that no longer identifies you personally — these may be retained indefinitely.
Records related to disputes, abuse, or legal requests — retained as long as needed to resolve the matter.

How long does it take?

From the time you submit your deletion request (either through the app or by email), we aim to complete the deletion within 30 days. Most requests are processed faster, but the 30-day window allows for verification, backups, and any required legal review.
