This Privacy Policy explains how SuperTT ("we", "us", "the app")
collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you use the
SuperTT mobile application. By installing or using SuperTT you agree
to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not
use the app.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Phone number — used to create your account and
verify it via SMS one-time-password (OTP).
- Profile data — first name, last name, date of
birth, gender, and optionally a profile photo.
- Booking details — the services you book
(e.g. car wash), vehicle count, preferred
times, location of service, and any notes you add.
- Communications — messages you send to support
or feedback you submit (e.g. complaints, ratings, reviews).
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Location — approximate (network-based) and
precise (GPS) location, used solely to: show nearby service
providers, pin your service address on a map, and verify you
are within a service area. Location is requested only when you
use a location feature; you may deny or revoke the permission
at any time in your device settings.
- Device and technical data — device model,
operating system version, app version, language preference,
crash logs, and a unique installation identifier (Firebase
Installation ID / push notification token).
- Usage data — pages viewed, bookings created
or cancelled, and similar diagnostic events, collected for
reliability and abuse prevention.
1.3 Camera and photos
The app requests camera and photo-library access only when you
choose to add a profile picture. Photos remain on your device until
you explicitly upload one.
1.4 Payments
SuperTT currently uses an in-app wallet balance and cash-on-service
billing. We do not collect or store credit/debit card numbers,
CVV codes, or banking credentials inside the app. If payment
methods change in the future, this Policy will be updated before such
data is collected.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and operate your account, including SMS OTP login.
- To match you with service providers (e.g. car wash crews) and
fulfil bookings you request.
- To send notifications about your bookings (status updates,
reminders, cancellations, promotions you opted into).
- To prevent fraud and abuse (e.g. App Check, rate limiting,
duplicate-account detection).
- To improve the app's reliability via crash and diagnostic
reports.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
3. Legal Basis
We process your information on the basis of (a) your consent (for
optional permissions like location and notifications), (b) performance
of the service you requested (a booking creates a contract between
you and the provider), (c) our legitimate interests in operating a
secure, reliable service, and (d) compliance with applicable law.
You can withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 7.
4. How Your Information Is Shared
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- Service providers you book. When you book a
service, the relevant provider receives the booking details
they need to deliver it: your first name, phone number,
service location, and the booking specifics. Providers receive
only what is necessary to fulfil your booking.
- Infrastructure providers. We use Google
Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage,
Cloud Messaging, App Check) and Google Maps to operate the
app. Data processed by these providers is governed by Google's
privacy terms (see Section 9). We do not sell your data to
third parties.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose
information if required by law, court order, or to protect the
rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and booking history for as long as your
account is active. If you delete your account (Section 7), we
delete or anonymise personal information within 30 days, except
where law requires longer retention (e.g. financial records).
Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be retained indefinitely.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: HTTPS/TLS in transit, Firebase
server-side encryption at rest, role-based access controls, Firebase
App Check to deter automated abuse, and signed release builds. No
system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to keep your phone and
SIM secure, since SMS-based login depends on possession of your
number.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and correction. View or edit your
profile information at any time inside the app.
- Permission control. Grant or revoke camera,
photo-library, location, and notification permissions in your
device's system settings.
- Account deletion. You may request deletion of
your account and associated personal data by using the
"Delete Account" option in the app, or by emailing
support@supertitango.com
from your registered phone number's associated channel. We
respond within 30 days.
- Opt-out of promotional notifications. Turn off
notifications in your device settings or in-app preferences.
Transactional notifications (e.g. booking status) cannot be
disabled while you have an active booking.
8. Children
SuperTT is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not
knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe
a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will
delete it.

10. International Transfers
Firebase and Google Maps may process data on servers located
outside Iraq, including in the United States and the European Union.
By using the app you consent to such transfers, subject to the
safeguards those providers maintain under their respective terms.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will
be announced inside the app and the "Last updated" date above will
change. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes
acceptance of the revised Policy.
